The iPhone 12 has fine battery life, that’s about it though. iPhone 11 series was the king of battery life. The battery life of the 12 is actually my only gripe with it, tbh. It’s not super bad, but it’s a 5-7 hour screen-on time device for the most part. Hopefully the iPhone 13 goes back to the iPhone 11’s battery longevity. I compiled a ranking of all iPhone battery capacities and found that out of the 37 models that have released so far, the 13 Mini ranks 22nd at 2406 mAh vs the 11 Pro's 3046 mAh, putting it at the 12th best battery life just right after the 13 Pro's mAh. I have seen a fair amount of people complaining about battery life on the 13 Pro while others are not. I’ve had one for a week and the battery life is phenomenal. I checked that private relay setting and mine was in fact turned off! Yup I disabled 5G and battery life is better. 4G is still plenty fast. My friend had the same problem on his week old iPhone 15 Pro Max. No unusual settings nor activities yet the battery depletes to 25% 6 hours later. The phone is not unusually hot either. I have only charged it using the wireless charger and I leave it charging over nigh. iPhone 11 Pro Max (October 2020): 100% battery health. I have used the 11 Pro for about 2 years and got a 13 Mini like 2 weeks ago. Battery Health on the 11 Pro was at around 86%. I think the 13 mini is better in every way.
